Hotel Velasco

Velasco Hotel opened its doors for the first time in the early twentieth century under the management of Mr. Luis Velasco, becoming one of the most modern in Cuba at the time, also distinguished for its delicious food of national prestige.

Of the services previously offered and its spatial distribution propaganda reports that hotel owners paid: Directory, Social Guides and News. With a capacity for 50 people, their meals were of excellent quality, specializing in lobster and pastries, first-class service, attended by thirty employees, had mail in the building and Courier. This hotel hosted a national cultural figures as Esther Borja y Luis Carbonell.  This hotel was reopened in the last months of 2010, recently completed, sporting elegance and good taste, elements that are inherent from its foundation, completing its offer luxury service and outstanding quality.
